Refunds & cancellation

The short version: no refunds, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops renewal. Nothing already paid is refunded, and the service continues until the end of the period you paid for.

1 · Who this is with

Sherpa is operated by Oni AI Private Limited (India), operating as Sherpa. This policy is part of our Terms. Contact: sherpa@contextsherpa.com.

2 · Cancel at any time

Write to sherpa@contextsherpa.com and say you want to cancel. That is the whole process, and we confirm it in writing. Cancelling stops renewal: you are not invoiced or charged for another period.

3 · No refunds

Nothing already paid is refunded, including for part of a period or for time you did not use. What you have paid for keeps running until the end of its period, and your work continues until then. Your record stays yours either way: you can ask us to export it or delete it at any time, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

4 · Plan by plan

Plan	How it is paid	If you cancel
The Founding Twenty — a founding seat, for one person or a firm	Yearly, invoiced at the start of the year	The seat continues until the end of the year you paid for, then stops. No refund for the rest of the year.
The Terrain	Monthly, in advance	Continues until the end of the month you paid for. No further months are charged.
Your Associate	Monthly, in advance	Continues until the end of the month you paid for. No further months are charged.
Summit	Per goal, as set out in the signed goal agreement	Cancellation and refunds for a goal are as set out in the signed goal agreement for that goal.
Free work — your first Terrain, the Pursuit, the Scan	Nothing is charged	Nothing to cancel or refund. Stop whenever you like.

5 · What this does not change

Nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
