Summit — from $1,000 per goal
One goal, seen through.
Not a subscription — a named goal, worked together to the finish: winning a tender, delivering a piece of work, reaching an outcome you have defined. What “done” means is agreed first, in writing.
By request, one conversation first. Ron replies personally. Whatever you share stays private to you — client material handled as theirs, never used to train models we control. Trust & data.
A worked example — nine dates read off the contract, including the one at clause 7.2.
How a Summit works.
- The goal is named first — and “done” is defined in writing before anything starts.
- He carries the machinery — the compliance matrix, the drafts, the evidence chain, the deadlines.
- A person is in the work with you — on call through the deadline, not just software on the other end.
- The judgment stays yours — the relationships, the call, and the outcome are yours, not his.
A goal is sized in weeks, not a year: this submission in by its deadline, this inception report through acceptance, this evaluation delivered. One named finish line — and if what you’re carrying is bigger than that, the conversation sizes it honestly before anything is invoiced.
If the goal is a live pursuit — a tender you have to win — that’s a Summit too: the Pursuit is where it starts, and the Summit is seeing it through. And a goal can belong to a team as easily as to one person.
The terms.
- From $1,000 per goal — scoped and priced in writing before it starts, invoiced at the start of the goal.
- Everything in Your Associate — through the goal and for three months after.
- One goal at a time — agreed before we start, so the finish line is never in dispute.
